Because they are so individual, the precise colour mix and decoration may vary slightly from the picture shown on the website.

Because of the delicacy of the decorations it is recommended that you do not spray perfume near the corsages. Although all yarn used (unless otherwise specified) is washable, the decorations mean that it is not recommended that you wash the corsage itself so please remember to remove it before washing or cleaning the garment or item to which it is attached.

Because they are all individually hand made, all items are available in limited numbers. I aim to show accurate stock on the site but if demand exceeds supply and your chosen item is no longer available I’ll email you and offer an alternative or a refund.

Each item is individually boxed and sent in a bubble-lined envelope by first class post. If the item is a gift it can be sent direct to the recipient.

If you would like a message sent in your gift please fill in the message box in the check our with the wording that will be hand-written on a lavender gift card and included in the gift box

Privacy 

I am committed to protecting your privacy. I will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). 

The information you give me will be used for the purpose of fulfilling your order only and will not be passed on to any third party. I would like to retain your email address so that I can let you know when new products are listed or give you details of when I am exhibiting at craft shows. If you don’t want me to do this, just let me know by email.

I will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

I do not see or hold your credit card details. All payment is via a third party secure site. 

I will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing me. If you find any inaccuracies I will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

Cookies
I may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This includes using a "cookie" which is stored on your browser. The cookie only stores the content of your "shopping basket", but does not store any personal information. The cookies are automatically deleted when you quit/exit your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way cannot be used to identify you.

Returns 

If you wish to return any product please email me within 7 days of receiving your Lavender-Heart gift to obtain a full refund (excluding original delivery).  We strongly recommend you obtain a receipt from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Damaged Goods
Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

Refund
We will repay any amounts paid by you to us for returns and damaged items accepted by us within 30 days of return.
