Return Policy

If you wish to return any product please email me within 7 days of receiving your Lavender-Heart gift to obtain a full refund (excluding original delivery).  We strongly recommend you obtain a receipt from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit. Damaged Goods
Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

Refund
We will repay any amounts paid by you to us for returns and damaged items accepted by us within 30 days of return.
